Service Description

Do you want to start with Calisthenics, but have no idea where to start. Start your first experience with us. You will be trained and guided by a certified calisthenics trainer and athlete. Calisthenics Fundamentals focuses on the fundamental exercises within Calisthenics. Nothing is more important than a good foundation! The basics are in fact the founder of all so-called skills. Within the fundamentals we will work with all the basic exercises and the many variations. Ultimately, the skills such as the famous Muscle-Up, Human Flag and Frontlever are within reach. The Calisthenics Fundamentals are suitable for both beginners and advanced users. * Training is given in the period from April to October and also depends on the weather. For more information check the FAQ/ terms & conditions ** Participation in training sessions is at your own risk at all times. *** Currently max. 5 places per session
